Arrived in Jinghong for a relaxing and fun getaway, and this place served as the perfect home base for our trip. the manager here went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay! Our room came to a total of CN¥ 19349, but the best part was we were able to check out late 🕒.

We loved the spacious design of the hotel and the nice pool area, where we spent most afternoons. The breakfast was great too, with a big variety of Chinese and western dishes. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, some of them even spoke English, which made it easier for us to communicate. The location was also convenient, as it allowed us to walk to the mall in just about 10 minutes.

Christmas at this hotel was great. The buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with plenty of open spaces and a nice central pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. the hotel was conveniently located near a mall and the shuttle was a nice touch.

The rooms could have been more soundproof, as we could hear noise from other rooms. There was also some confusion with the deposit for the umbrella and it took a while to get it back.

Spent xmas with family and had an enjoyable time at this hotel. Loved the breakfast buffet, they had a good selection of Chinese and western food. Also liked the spacious layout of the hotel and the friendly staff.

The pressure of the shower was low and there was no hot water in the mornings. the location was a bit far from downtown, but the shuttle service did help.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat that fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the garden area is magnificent and the outdoor swimming pool is sparkling and inviting. the staff at the restaurant and bar/lounge area were professional and attentive, ensuring my experience was a pleasant one. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were all amazing and relaxing with high-end equipment and facilities.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of private facilities in the swimming pool area. this did not hinder my ability to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and top-notch amenities available at this hotel.
